UPWARD BASKETBALL & CHEER LEAGUE
Register for our 24th season of Upward Basketball/Cheer at Sugar Land Baptist Church. Many of you know, SPACE IS LIMITED! Please don’t wait until the last minute to register. As in past seasons, we will have separate boys’ and girls’ leagues with 1/2, 3/4, and 5/6 grade divisions in basketball. Last season, our cheerleaders also were divided into squads based on grade (1, 2, 3, and 4-6 grade squads). The registration cost is $125 if you register by October 19, $150 after that until registration ends on November 9. Once a division is full, we will start a waitlist. We cannot guarantee space after October 19.
Once you register, you will receive an email asking you to sign up for a uniform sizing and skills evaluation session at the church. You only need to attend one session. The format is come-and-go and should take about 20 minutes. The first session occurs on September 27 and there will be 4 or 5 sessions throughout the registration period.

COACHING REQUESTS
If you want to volunteer as a coach or referee, you MUST register at the link below. It is NOT enough to mention it in the notes section of your child’s registration. Please do NOT send an email saying you want to coach. Signing up does not guarantee a coaching spot, but does mean you will be considered and it is the only way to be considered. We also start recruiting coaches right away, so signing up to coach around Halloween is usually too late to be considered!
