Surviving the Holidays 2025

Each year we offer a 1-night “Surviving the Holidays” class (for FREE) aimed at helping those in our church and community who are facing a difficult time with the upcoming Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Our class will be on Wednesday, November 19, at 6pm in Room 106.  RSVP here for the class.

The holidays can feel anything but joyful when you are missing someone who has passed away.  If you are grieving the loss of a loved one this holiday season, consider our “Surviving the Holidays” class at SLBC. Childcare is available by reservation. There is a helpful book from GriefShare, caring GriefShare leaders, and others who want to pray with you and offer their care and support during this difficult time.
