Diaspora National Conference

Houston is the most international and diverse city in the U.S. Nearly 1 in 4 Houstonians are foreign-born and just under 50% of children are diaspora next generation having at least 1 immigrant parent. 38% of the area’s 7.5 million residents are Hispanic/Latino overpassing the less than a quarter white residents. A quick Google search reveals over 20 Nigerian RCCG churches in southwest Houston, and there are easily 40 South Asian churches throughout the city. Unreached people groups include the Rohingya from Myanmar, Punjabi Sikhs from India, and Pashto speakers from Afghanistan.

For this fourth annual conference, the specific focus will be around immigrant church planting and multiplication and how we can together seek the transformation of the city. We seek to join God in what He is already doing: by coming around and supporting diaspora church multiplication leaders and movements, learning from them, and developing unique training and multiplication incubators for these demographics around the country.

Cost for NextGen (high school thru age 29) is $20. General registration is $40.
