Bridges International Welcome Party

New Houston-area students from around the world will soon be signing up for a Bridges International Houston City Tour and Welcome Party on Saturday, August 22! Help is needed to welcome them with God’s love.

This is Bridges International’s most exciting event of the year. They’ll be introducing hundreds of new students from around the world to the city of Houston and the love and hospitality of God’s people. It is an incredible opportunity to meet and live out God’s love toward these bright, future world leaders who are eager to make new friends.

The event runs from 12 to 4pm but volunteers are needed to help with setup, meeting students during the event, and/or cleanup at the end, Please consider signing up even if you can’t come for the whole time. There are several ways you can serve – from helping with food serving to intentionally befriending and following up with the students.

The Welcome Party will be held in the fellowship hall at First Presbyterian Church in the Museum District near downtown Houston:  5300 Main St, Houston, TX 77004.
