Statement of Faith and Core Values

Our Statement of Faith

As a Church we accept the sixty-six books of the Bible as our sole authority for faith and practice.

We believe that God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that God is revealed in Scripture, in Jesus Christ, and in His creation.

We believe that Jesus was the virgin born Son of God and the best picture we have of God. We believe that Jesus lived a perfect life, died for our sins, was raised on the third day and is coming again to this earth.

We believe that all who receive Jesus by asking Him into their life through prayer will become children of God, receiving eternal life. We believe those who reject Jesus Christ as Savior will be eternally separated from God.

We believe that baptism is by immersion following one’s confession of Jesus Christ as Savior.

We believe that the Church is a gifted body of believers who serve as Christ served during His time on the earth.

Core Values

We believe that every person is individually accountable to God for his or her life. We believe that every person can go directly to God in prayer through Jesus Christ.

We seek to glorify God by offering our very best in prayer, preaching and music in an inspirational environment.

We strive to share the gospel with as many people as possible so that they may come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and be taught and trained to become fully functioning disciples of Jesus Christ.

We seek to minister to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of our Church family, those in the community, and the world.

We believe that the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it. God created everything to be used to bring glory to Himself. We seek to become good stewards of God’s creation by sharing generously our time, our talents and our physical possessions.

We seek to provide a warm and loving Christian community to all by extending God’s grace in its many forms.
